You in Plan A or Recovery???? Don't jump to conclusions...is your WH supposed to be in NC?? If so, it's possible that OW is trying ANYTHING to contact him, including finding out your home number. I would tell him that she called, but make sure it doesn't sound like an accusation, just simply tell him that she called.
What did she say??????

We're in Plan A. Supposed to be NC, he hasn't backed up any of his actions though, so I'm very doubtful. How should I ask him about it in a nice non-accusatory way?

Well first of all let me just say that she's a colossial dillweed if she didn't think to block her number....sheesh....amateurs...LOL
I would simply say in an "Oh by the way" manner...OW called here today. I'm pretty sure that's all you'll have to say, you can probably do it after dinner if you're afraid it'll ruin it...but I'm sure he'll be scrambling to explain most likely. I don't know what his exact response will be, so your sorta on your own after that, but you think of likely responses and plan your answer to them before hand, so they come out smooth as silk.

Change your phone number.
NC means NC especially into the sanctuary of your home.
Create your own boundaries. PLAN A is your plan. Draw your line in the sand.
"We need to change our number so that she cannot call".

Can't you block her number ? I would wait until he had a mouthful of food and then tell him. If he chokes then it will be something to remember. I did this to an ex boyfriend -waited for him to take a big mouthful of a hmaburger than handed him photots of him and his other girlfriend. Funny ...I was done with him anyway. Back in high school. I still laugh and think my god girl but it was worth it.Then I got up and walked out smiling. You can tell if he is still talking with her by his reaction. Just smile smile smile!!!
