help, I've really stuffed up

Is there anyway I can get him back?

WE have had a pretty dead sexlife for a long time now, and that mixed with about 6 times more alcohol than I could handle led me to do the worst thing that I have ever or could ever do

His mate of 20 yrs wooed me into the exact position that I wanted to be in with MY REAL partner.

I don't even like his mate, I was weak and vulnerable with alcohol and his mate new it. He took the situation to where he wanted it and, I let him.

I wanted what I was getting but not from him, I wanted it from the one I loved, not the idiot that I was actually with.

I am the worst person.

I have degraded every one and every thing.

I really want the one I love to give me a chance. I know that in my right mind I would never of even contemplated what I did.

My loved one says he can never forgive me. He says there is a possibility of working through it but...

I am devistated by what I allowed to happen.
Devistated that I could cause the only one I care about so much pain.
I want to be able to atleast get a chance to try and make amends.

what should I do?

Your not the worst person. You made a terible mistake. At this point you can't expect your H to take you back. But you can do everything posible to convince him to. Read through this site. Get a copy of His Heeds Her Needs and read it. Confess everything to your H and tell him how you feel about it. Your guilt and sorrow if real might reach him. Stop drinking and get help if needed. Let your H know you will give drinking up. Let him know you want to change. As time goes on and recovery starts to happen you can begain to let him know what needs of yours aren't being met. Sorry you are having this problem. Best wishes.

Thanks RHM

I have confessed everything

He know's how i feel... it's taken me three days of crying and remorse and four days to eat anything.

It was because I'm not usually a drinker that everything went pear shaped, I had a long physical days work and only time for b'fast. I thought I was in a 'safe environment' to get drunk. The safe environment changed but I was to drunk to even concider it by then.

I am the one that caused this and I need to make it better. Atleast be given a chance to be able to make it better.

I know he loves me and WANTS to be able to move on but I'm scared he will get to pre occupied with giving me hate to allow any movement between us.
