I know there is a "poem" section in the forums, but not many go there. <P>There are so many of you out there whose stories I read and I am amazed by your strenth to get thru it. My problems seem very small and I look to you as my "mentors"...your stories give me strenth. I want to give something back. I wrote this for all of you and myself too....<P>The story tells...<BR>So oftenly so.<BR>That love is blind...<BR>A fact we all know.<P>Its too many lies...<BR>Or a secret affair,<BR>That open our eyes...<BR>That make us aware.<P>Its the loving faith...<BR>And the blindless trust.<BR>That are cast away,<BR>By just one "bust".<P>The center of the soul...<BR>The peace that filled its core,<BR>The secure and loving "bind"...<BR>Just isnt there no more.<P>The hugs that felt so good...<BR>No more can fill the void.<BR>A "wall" is in the way,<BR>The peace is now destroyed.<P>The stabs that pierce the heart...<BR>The lonley, sleepless nights,<BR>The harsh and hurtfull dreams...<BR>The long and endless fights.<P>Those "thoughts" that chill the bone.<BR>The warmth just goes away...<BR>The biggest fear of all...<BR>That "pain" is here to stay.<P>We try to heal ourselves,<BR>But feel we've lost our way.<BR>We face that endless road...<BR>A lonley place to stay.<P>Were desperate for an answer...<BR>Were reaching out for hope,<BR>For someone to help us heal...<BR>For words to help us cope.<P>That's why we all are here...<BR>Thats why we found a "place"...<BR>Somewhere to feel "connected"...<BR>A friend without a face.<P>We untify our lives...<BR>We share our deepest fears...<BR>We hope to help another...<BR>To show that someone cares.<P>The soul can heal by giving...<BR>The heart can heal with time.<BR>We feel we can go on living...<BR>For "isolation" is the biggest crime.<P>The compassion we give to others...<BR>The confessions of our sins.<BR>Sharing is our anchor...<BR>Its when "healing" finally begins.<P>I hope in some small way I gave something to someone...I write to help me heal...maybe I can help someone else.<BR>
