Threadjack:
Reminds me of Siskel and Ebert's review of the movie "Memento", a depressing, but intriguing mystery about a guy with only very short term memory, having 2 write notes 2 himself 2 keep track of what was happening.
I think it was Ebert that said "It's worse than the saying: 'Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean that people aren't out 2 get you', it's like saying instead: 'You might as well be paranoid, because people really *are* out 2 get you.'
It's funnier if you've seen that movie (though the movie wasn't funny at all)...
End of TJ.

Pep:
I just might take you up on that...
...mainly because I remember the "uni2ue manner" in which you handled your H's A... ...I've thought of that on a number of occasions as sort of one of those "fuel changes" that LovingBoundaries is talking about...
Tried IC - 2 of them. Tried MC. Tried SH (but only one call). Tried PT (a number of sessions).
...Maybe I just need 2 get everybody 2gether and nail their heads 2 the floor...

2long - I don't know. I think I used to know, but I forgot. I might look it up if you don't tell us before then.
Pep - I can tell it's you, because it sounds just like you.
Weaver - is that really you? Promise?

I'm tired of looking things up. I keep having to look up how to spell things.
Naw SS, it's not me.
You know I got the strangest call yesterday from a man in Colorado. He asked if I knew who such and such was, that he was trying to get in touch with him. Well it was my dad I told him, and that he had passed away a few years ago.
Here this guy had played college football with my dad in the fifties and they were having a 50 year alumni party or something in MO and my dad was to be given an award. Said my dad was one of the fastest in the game, in the states at the time. He had made all american, and now was to be given some other kind of award. He was also captain of the football team and homecoming king.
The man is sending me the award now.
I never knew that about him. Knew he was a very highly decorated pilot, and great dad but nothing about his football career.
Sad he had to die an alcoholic. He was such a nice guy.
No I guess I'm not myself tonight. Feeling kind of disgusted with the way life sometimes beats the nicest people up.
You know?
Sorry SS, you always bring this kind of stuff out in me.

I vaguely remember a reference 2 the Christmas tree...
...but I was referring 2 how she sat them down and made the WSs apologize 2 the BSs (or hers 2 hers, at least)...
Something along those lines, only I'm going 2 use nails.

As Mulan post on this subject shows, not enough apologizing going on out there. What ever happened to civility? or is it chivalry?

Weaver - I know.
You have had your share, but you won't cave in. Somehow I think you will make it, even with all the problems.
I keep thinking someday when the most important awards are given out, you'll be there to get yours.
Never think it doesn't matter, or that no one cares. it does, and we do.
