A section of our separation agreemnet specified that we file jointly for taxes in 2004 and we didvide equally the refund or I pay any taxes. Well we got both a federal and a state refund. The state refund was credited to my account yesterday. So today, I had the bank write her a check for 1/2 of that amount, as per the agreement. I sent her check to her certified mail with a short very formal type written not saying that I had complied with the written agreement. I used my word processor for the note and didn't sign it, but made sure the dates were accurate. This is the only communication I have had with WW for 8 weeks. I am indifferent. I am ready for this to be over.

Hang in there HINC. You cannot have it over until Sept. So pace yourself and keep on keeping on.

Hopeful - You are continuing on your path of being the honorable one. There is nothing wrong with that. When all of this is over, no matter what the outcome, you will know that you took the higher road.
