I'm in the process of calling all these lawyers back after asking about their fees. When talking to my WH he said his lawyer would ask for 75% of the equity in our home if he was my lawyer. I spoke with one lawyer that said it would be 50-50, but I would like 75% of it if it is possible to receive it. So what types of question should I ask when deciding who I should go with?
I'd appreciate any response...Thanks!!
