I have read it, yes.
Would he read it? It wouldn't hurt to ask. Honestly he might. He used to think MB was the evil cult I was in. He doesn't think he can learn anything from MC, but he has agreed to use SH if we are able to afford it, so he might read it. I haven't ever suggested it because even 2 months ago he would have laughed at the idea.
