We have separated, but what do you do when your spouse still wants to be friends with the OW and you have told him that he has to give up all contact with her if he still wants a relationship with you.

Follow through on exactly what you said. If there's still contact, then Plan B including no contact with your spouse until they sign a mutually-agreed upon plan for recovery including methods of accountability for no contact.

Follow through with the no contact. It is now that you establish what you will tolerate, and just how much cake he can eat.

Take - and hold - the hard line. It's the only one that will let you win back your marriage. Otherwise it is still a threesome, right?

Hi DeJa Vu - its kind of hard to have no contact because we have a daughter and grandaughter we have to see each other at various events, like this Friday, our grandaughter has a program which she asked him to attend. I get so angry because he wants his children to think and me to think that he is not still involved with the OW. Sometimes I think why am I wasting my time on plan B, we have separated, gotten back together and then eventually he goes back to the OW because he says I don't trust him and will not give him the benefit of the doubt. Its like he wants both of us for different reason, or keeps one as a backup if we don't make it.
