I am so, so proud of you that I'm actually stunned!

Way to quack, baby. It's music to my ears. I'm so proud!

Thank you. It is a work in progress and a project of growth for me. I truly hope I can help even one person with it. Also... I have an interesting little story. After reading my post and being stunned by it(her words), my wife rewarded me by
1) Coming to my unit were I work and letting me see her.
2) Bringing me flowers.
3) Bringing me chocolate for my desk bowl.

Publicly, I wish to thank her for the woman she is, for without even her influence in my life, I would have no opportunity to be a good man. Thank you, wife.
