My ww of 16 years left today after my 18 year old daughter, and I told her to give back the cell phone to the om. She wants other men,and after I drove my daughter home my ww had the om pick her up. Now the problem is we all work together. If everyone at work seen my ww,and I going in togethre for 7 months, and now she goes to wrk with the om. Do I quit,or go in till I get another job. Do I have lunch with my ww? I was told if I ignore her she will eventually return. Do I want a ww like her? Give me teh good advice like you always do. I really appreciate everything even if its harsh. Steve

MisterSteve, I would try getting another job if it were me. I would spend some time preparing a good Plan B letter telling your W that she needs to end her affairs and get some help in order to come home.
Do you know about Plan B?
