I posted several weeks ago that wife and I are seperated and heading for divorce. Yesterday morning she dropped the boys off at the house. My son emptied his dirty laundry in the front of the washing machine. Out from the bag drops a reciept. I look at it. Usual stuff I would expect: cat litter, shampoo, other sundries, a calling card and a box of condoms!
When I asked her what was going on, her response was: I don't what I was thinking, I might need them some day. Besides, we are getting divorced and I don't have to answer any of your questions. F*** You!
I think this marriage is definately over.
Just needed to vent a little bit.
Tom

With her attitude of F*** You! I'd say yeah, it's pretty well over. Chances are if she's buying condoms, she's using them. As much as that might bother you, consider the way she reacts towards you. Why would you even want to be with her anymore? Consider it HER loss, not yours.
I wish you luck and peace.

ZAPFT...This is just an observation from what you wrote....I think that Blues is right....I think she is using them....and when she swore at you....she was in "defensive" mode. I know this isn't what you want to hear..I'm sorry....

That's a tough one. In relationships I've learned that when you give advice you never know the whole situation. Only you can really decide what you need to do. Try not to let the advice of others looking in make you lean in either direction. Only you know your situation.
It is true that you do not deserve to be talked to that way.

Zapft:
While I agree with everyone that she is probably using them, you probably should have either not confronted her, or thanked her for at least having the courtesy to have safe adulterous sex (well, I'd leave out the "adulterous" part---lovebuster, ya know... [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]).
While your marriage may indeed be over, it might not be. The condoms shouldn't have any effect whatsoever. And hey, both Blues and I know about the potential "liabilities" of unprotected sex, so I wouldn't get too bent about it.

Why does she need condoms? Same reason my boyfriend needs them, I imagine - to screw around. Or maybe she's a pedophile and you're just gullible. In any case, welcome to the Condom Club.
