REALLY BAD DAY!
I just don't understand the concept of mind games and why the game is done? Are some people so bleepin insecure with themselves that they play mind games to get their own satisfaction. Really not caring if they hurt the other that they are with?
Why is it that there are others who warm you up and make you feel good and learn to trust them only to through you down? So what happens next? Move on?
Is there a place for all the lonely abused hearts to go to heal their life heartaches?
I need to run away!!!!!!!!
Great I am posting again!

Hi Ali,
I've been in so many relationships with game players. I finally got counselling and then started to read up on topics like codependency, emotional blackmail, verbal abuse, and conditions like narcissism, borderline personality disorder, and bipolar disorder. Once you learn what makes em tick you learn how to avoid their traps and how to spot them coming.
Take heart, there are many wonderful people out there.
Sunny
