Hi there,

We liked the name Hayden too when we were looking for boy names. As for the pregnancy, I am tired all the time. I am kind of reaching the "tired of being pregnant" stage but only at work. I work 4 ten hour days with seven infants under 17 months. It gets hard to keep lifting them up for diapers or sitting on the floor with them to read a book.
I only have 4 weeks but they are telling me it could be anytime due to my severe hypertension. I just take it week by week with it all. My doctor says that at any appt, he could want to schedule a C section and I have an ultrasound once a week till I deliver. Some women only get one through it all, I've already had 4 and have 3 more. I'm anxious as heck though for the labor part. I just want to skip that part!
I just went out this week and bought new stuff for my hospital bag and by the time I was done walking through the mall, I thought I was going to collapse. I'm sure people were like, look at her waddle! Good Luck to your DIL. I'm sure they and YOU are looking forward to the newest arrival! I know we are!

Thanks, We sure are.

I think it seems longer waiting to be a grandmother than it did for me to become a mother.

If you walk alot that could cause you to go into labor. That is what I did with my last one. Took the trolley to the Tijuana boarder than walked across and down to revolution ave and back. That was a long walk but I made it and had my son at 1:40 the next morning.

Be careful getting up and down out of the floor. You dont want to strain anything.

How long are you going to work? Just dont over do it.

I was the same way with my last pregnancy and the ultra sounds. I was 36 and high risk. also developed placenta previa.so I had several throughout the pregnancy and also had an amnio done.

My DIL has had 2 ultrasounds. Right now the baby is breach. If he doesnt turn soon they are going to schedule a c-section 2 weeks before her due date.

Take care and please keep me posted.

Hi there,

I plan on working till the doctor tells me otherwise. He gives me weekly "all-clears" to go back to work. We will see. He also tells me that he could schedule a c section or induction at anytime if something comes back negative from my ultrasounds. We will see!!!! I hope your DIL doesn't have to have a c section. I know they will probably try to get him to turn around. I don't like the idea of knowing I will be induced or given a c section because I want to feel the rush of when my water breaks and rushing to the hospital. Good Luck with your little one and being a grandmother!
