Our 3 daughters have been hounding H and I for the longest time for another pet.
We already have a cat who pretty much only comes out of hiding to eat and ocassionally attack MY feet when walking by my closet.
We've talked and talked about it and finally have decided that we are getting a puppy. Then we had to decide on what kind of puppy and how much we wanted to spend.
I've searched for 4 weeks now for just the right puppy...one that's right for EVERYONE in the family. I myself personally lean toward adopting, but we have had some really bad experiences with adopted dogs around our kids over the years and one has never been stable enough to make our home a forever home for it.
We decided to go for a Pure Bred dog and had been searching for just the right one and the right breeder.
Tonight we are going to meet the newest member of our family. He will be coming home with us to stay on June 9th, when he is 8 weeks old.
He's an adorable little Boxer.
I think I'm as excited as the kids are. <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Hi Prissy!
Male or female? (I need to know if I'm gonna be an Aunt or an Uncle.)
For a name, how 'bout Egypt? .......after the pyramids it's gonna leave around the house.
