I just watched Dr.Phil and checked out the message boards on the Dr.Phil website. I felt the need to write and say Keep up the hardwork on your M and forget all these idiots out there. People are so stupid, opinionated, and judgemental -- these people don't have a clue what you (and my family and the others on this board) feel.

I hadn't been to the Dr. Phil boards before -- being accustomed to the dynamics here, it's really shocking to see such judgmental attitudes.

You are working on your marriage, going to counseling, and best of all creating a family "team" that will support each other and your children. Preserving a family that has a chance to be saved is exactly what a good parent does; it's putting your children's needs ahead of your own pain and fear when you believe there is hope. You've got more backbone than any of those people realize.

Stay strong Michele, and Brad stay the &$*# away from OW! <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> As you've learned, there is no "talking about the baby." Talking to her only with Michele there is the only way to go, as you learned. Don't trust yourself. Are you two doing any MB counseling?

For us, watching the show stirred up some anxiety about what will happen around here once the OC is born -- we've had NC at all since February, so we don't know if she's even still pregnant, back with her H, anything. It's hard to sit and just wait when you'd like to plan for what will happen, but we've decided the best we can do is use this time to just work on us and our relationship and be ready for whatever the worst may be.

As an aside, has Dr. Phil or Oprah ever done a show about MB? It seems like so many people on the forums there etc. would understand the recovery process better if they knew there can be more to it than "she gave him another chance." I'm so blown away by the power of the MB principles, I'd love to see them get more exposure!

Alright, I'm not an avid Dr. Phil watcher, didn't know the show was on, but I would like to hear how things are RIGHT NOW for Michele and Brad. Please, update us as to where you are and how things are going!!!! Take it from Waslost, it doesn't happen over night, and Brad, you may need an accountablilty partner as WL had to get you through this! We are all here for both of you, but can't help you if you don't let us know what's going on! It's been a couple weeks since I've read anything from either of you, unless I missed it somewhere. Please, post an update, especially since the "Update" show was just on. We all care, and want to help if it's needed!

The only post I have seen from them lately was on the other websites board promoting their website. So maybe they don't visit this board anymore.

I hope they come back. They have a lot to offer here!
