i tried plan a. i accepted my responsibility in created the environment. I quit drinking, started counseling, got on meds foe ADD, and have been nice and agrreable. i asked what need i wasn't meeting and she said all of them-which i understand is anger talking. she says its none of my business where she stay-i'm 99% sure she is with him. I wrote her a letter as well-she still claims she wants a divorce even though no papers have been signed. i can't get her to talk to me at all, so i guess i have no choice but plan b-any advice?

You don't quit Plan A if it was to make yourself a healthier person. You keep it up, because you need to show that the changes are permanent and not just to win her back or get her to change her mind. If your marriage is over, you still have a life to live, and you need to be in the best condition possible, mentally & physically.

Put all your energy into getting healthy, staying there, and as far as Plan B: do not try to find out where she is staying, or send her messages, even through third parties. Patience.

thank you -i'm still alittle unclear about the plan a/b thing. i intend on staying committed to the changes i've made-with or without her-because i feel so much better about myself. i also told her that.
