Memories I see that you just posted your first post. You need support so I am starting a thread for you.

Have you read all about, Emotional Needs, Love Busters and Plan A/Plan B on the home page of this site. Get "Surviving An Affair" also if you haven't already. I like Pittmans' "Private Lies" as well.

I am very sorry for what you are going through Memories, and unfortunately you are not alone in your pain.

I have to log out for now but stay here and keep talking and you will get lots of support and suggestions.

I copied your post from Grove's thread over here.

i feel like the same way you do. My H had phone calls and even caught him in the act but all he does is bluff his way out of it. I asked him to move out and it has been two months and I feel misery, loneliness and going through anxiety attacks. I don't know what to do. Now he tells me he is better by himself and I had asked him is this over he said no but it doesn't seem the marriage is going in the right direction. I do not know what to do- any suggestions
