Hi All,
Wondering how long (on average) it takes to serve STBX from the date of filing.
Is it a pretty quick process normally?

Depends on how it takes the lawyer to get the papers to the court, how long it takes the court to process the papers and get the server lined up.
I'd say 5-10 days is a good guesstimate.

Chris is right...5-10 business days here in Ohio...I filed on Friday and the WWXW was served on Wednesday.
