Hi All, Our court date is set for June 16th. I've checked the judges and we will either get a visting 43 yr old woman judge or a 58 year old male Baptist Deacon. You know which one I think we'll get. My question is any of you who have been through this how does it go? I mean did they verbally chastise your H for his behavior? Did they address BS at all? Our lawyer asked us to put together a time line of our separation and affair, does this get discussed in court? Just curious to anyone's experiences. Thanks!

Have any aggrements been made between the ow and ya'll? I mean it only goes as smooth as the people involved are. KWIM? If no aggrement is been prepared, you need to get it somewhat in order. The more informed you are and prepared, the better off you will be. We aggreed upon everyhting first and the judge just signed it. SO no biggy. Good luck.
