Today, 3 June 05, marks the 1000th day my SO and I have been blissfully together.

Point: It can get a LOT better. A WHOLE LOT better.

You're too kind, Prissy. Many before her were obviously not and I have my share of detractors here. Regardless, we optimistically see no end in sight.

And arkie - that's been LOTS longer than 1,000 days.....

Thanks,
WAT

arkie, I promise you'll be one of the first to know.

I have only one lava lamp - and it's not a "genuine" one - it's shaped like the real ones, but just has sparkles that float around instead of making those big bubble blobs.

An article in the paper this mornin says that the crab harvest is looking good this year - those boys out on Tangier and Smith Is. are prolly busy.

I just put our genuine lava lamp out back on the patio table...and neighbors gathered round it last weekend to watch it bubble..

funny how the patterns of a lava lamp's bubbling grow increasingly more interesting in direct relationship to the number of long necks consumed....
It's physics at its finest...

We are staying fresh water locked...this year..though we may sneak off to the jersey shore for a quickie...especailly some crabs...

next year though we have clearance that the youngest will be five....and Mr. Ark believes that five year olds can handle the Georgian Bay near Perry Sound...

I can NOT wait to see the Northern lights again as we have been seperated way too long...

it should also be noted that the northerns lights patterns are also directly related to the number of long neck consumed...

Hope the fishing is good to you this season....

Mr ark made an off hand joke about buying a boat he saw for sale..and I told him NOT to make light of such things especially when I have the check book in hand...

ditto the long necks. What time is it? Hmmmmmm, 3:30.

My brother is planning a fresh water fishing trip for the guys in the family way up that way for next summer. One of those trips where you hafta fly in to a lake on a float plane and you can fish in daylight 20 hours a day. Not much time for the lights, huh? Never seen 'em, hope to. Down south the long necks are the best we can do.............

and repellas (not sure of that spelling) for the northern pike....

did you see the lovely typo...sail for sale...children turn your brain in to mush.....

can not wait to get back up there..

WAT,

Actually, having met your SO, YOU are a very lucky man. You are way over your head with that young lady.

But, I must say if anyone deserves to be happy, it is you my man. And I can vouch for the laws of physics especially lava lamp physics, being directly proportional to the number of long necks stacked in the trash.

Congratulations to you and your SO.

God Bless,

JL
