No Mr. Pep is not jealous ... he's doing this with me .... so we're both lookin' good! I just feel so much better. Lots more energy. It's not difficult at all, just requires I pay attention and think things through before eating . I still eat whatever I really want, just smaller portions of certain foods. And a lot LOT more veggies and fruits and water. I reward/pamper myself with non-food things, like a trip to the book store or something like that. I just started going to a weight management class like weight watchers that my hmo offers for free and I lost 4 pounds on my first week.
I also just joined the YMCA and it feels so good to have some extra energy!
Someone throw me a map already!

I have been around MB for a long time.
