I came across this email that my STBX wrote. Just wondering what all of you make of it....................

[color:"black"] [color:"red"]
>>>I enjoyed reading your web site. I grew up Catholic and never really questionned my faith for the longest time. As I look back, it seems that I was just sleepwalking through life and being rather quiet, naturally gentle and kind. That was just simply the disposition I was born with. Later on in life I, too, began to feel burdened with the feeling of having to belong to a religious organization in order to "feel" fulfilled and joyous. It actually worked the opposite.

A couple of years ago, I caused a lot of hurt to someone who loved me. I was in a marriage for 15 years but struggled to find true happiness within myself that caused over time a feeling of void in my life. When I stepped out of the marriage and stared anger, hatred, vengefulness, loss , and certainly broken heart, in the eyes, I awakened to a new sense of being. I have become an even more peaceful person and offer an even more pure love and kindness to all. When people ask what denomination I follow, my answer is that I follow all that is good and kind. I am not Christian but christ-like, not Buddist but Budda-like, not Muslim but Mohammad-like and so on. I find that the mind is an extraoridnary thing and understand that I am able to create my own reality and peace.

Again, I thoroughly enjoyed reading your web site. Its was full of insightful information and well studied. Are you familiar with works from Dr. Wayne Dyer and other leading spiritual people? If so what do you think of their work?

Thank you,

Does it sound to any of you like he's trying to find something to justify what he's done???? I seriously worry about his mental state.

* cough, splutter * F**k me Tree, that the biggest load of self aggrandising, self justifying old bollocks I've ever heard.

He is near delusional. Call the cops and cite "5150" : an escaped nutcase on the loose !

LOL.....I thought the exact same thing Bob. I wanted to see if it was just me or has he really gone off the deep end. I swear...the man is losing it!!!!!!!
I don't want him talking about all of this garbage with Cam. We are Baptist and believe in God. I don't know what STBX believes in...

>know what STBX believes in...

I think I know....

He believes someone should quit hoggin' the toke and pass it back to him.

He's seriously high. That can be the only explanation....

I agree...it's amazing what people will say and do to justify their actions. Every time I read that email I just think he's crazier and crazier. I don't even know who that person it. Unbelievable!!!!!

I'm with Dee here.

Maybe its genuine mental health issues with your WH ?

I mean the cobblers literally SHOWERS out of him doesn't it ?

Actually i'll bet he's trying to appear 'sophisticated' for his french kooze. All that hippy-nouveau horse mud might just pull a hairy french bird from the provinces.

Can you imagine their 'conversations' Tree ? <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> LOL !

She: actually brim full o' bullsh*t like most french folks, him PRETENDING to be that full of bullsh*t to seem attactive and 'yerpeen' to her.

Tree, I'd pay for a tape of that...I'd play it every time I have friends round our house.

Sorry hon' I know I am supposed to be pro marriage, but I can't help thinking you and Cam are best off as far from that train-wreck about to happen.

He came close to describing himself in schizophrenic terms of a self-made reality..... how interesting!

I don't think he is actually schizo ... but hey ... living in a self-made reality sounds like Michael Jackson-talk to me!

neverland .... fly me home!

Bob and Pep.....you made me laugh. :-)
Bob, I wish I could hear a conversation between the two of them also....wouldn't that be hysterical? LOL!

Pep.....he does sound like Michael Jackson...HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAAHHAHAHHA!!!!!!! Maybe him and the frenchie will fly off to neverland together. :-)

In all seriousness......I really think he does have something wrong with him. He says the craziest stuff. I worry about my son being around the two of them. I don't want him confused aobut God and what marriage is supposed to be like.

This may not be a permanent mental illness...

my H said really dumb stuff to OW when he was infatuated... he said

"We're like peas and carrots we go together so well." ... He stole that line from Forrest Gump! ~LOL~

I haven't served him peas and carrots together ever since!

Yes, betraying and destroying your family demonstrates that you follow all that is good and kind.

He ain't crazy Tree, he's just an a-hole. A thoroughly destructive person who pretends he's some enlightened creature. There's almost nothing worse.

How did you find this post? Are you sure that it is his?

Now that he can create his own reality and peace, I guess in his mind he is now God. So classic for a WS to think they can create "reality"-it's given them "peace."

"Pure love and kindness to all"...what about you Tree..aren't you included in the "all?"

How can one be "Christ-like" and yet not a Christian? Would Christ abandon anyone? Of course not.

It seems he's struggling to have others join him in justifying his rationalizations. He's going so far as claiming this relationship made him a better person. If that were really true, why then would he feel the need to post this? He would just revel in his new found reality and peace instead of reassuring some unknown person(s) how wonderful he has become. He would just be wonderful. (where are my knee high boots when I need them?)

Be thankful Tree that you no longer have to deal with his sickness.

I agree with all of you!
I found the email from his account. I have his passwords. LOL...he never changed them.
I guess I should be thankful that I don't have to deal with his sickness.

Pep...that is hysterical about the peas and carrots.

delusions of grandure - putting himself on the level with diety - indeed, there's a code in the Diagnostic manual - I'm certain of it! He's certifiable.

The ? that made recovery possible: "Which lovebuster do I do the most that hurts the worst"?

The statement that signaled my personal recovery and the turning point in our marriage recovery: "I don't need to be married that badly!"

If you're interested in saving your relationship, you'll work on it when it's convenient. If you're committed, you'll accept no excuses.

Personally, I think the fumes from where his head has been residing are getting to him. I mean, methane can kill, right?

Tree, e-mails from your H never fail to amaze me. I don't think I have ever seen anyone in more denial than that man. Tree's H: "Yes, leaving my W of 15 yrs. for the French Ho-B, and tearing my family to shreds has made me soooo enlightened! It made me so Christ-like and Buddha-like. I am now at peace after mowing over my family all for my own happiness. Since I am now at one with the universe I don't even have to worry about such things as child support. I don't have to worry about my son's best interest. Because now I have discovered that the way to nirvana is through "ME". It's all about ME,ME,ME."

That man's head is so far up his [censored] it's surprising he's still alive. I'm sure Wayne Dyer would be thrilled to meet him. The man has been Med for yrs with a ton of children. Somehow I don't think Dr. Dyer would look at your H as Christ-like. I think I'm going to have nightmares tonight! CV
