What the h*ll was that jury thinking???

Pedophiles go straight for kids with screwed-up parents. Did the jury think that because the accuser's mother was a con artist and a loser that that meant MJ *didn't* molest her kid???

I hope that at least some people got their eyes opened to how pedophiles really operate. Usually it's video games and DVDs and pizza, instead of Disney-type rides and private movies and huge parties, but it's really all the same thing -- it's all used to attract kids and win their confidence. Especially kids from messed-up families with no one to watch out for them.

Q: What do you call a kid that goes to Neverland Ranch but *doesn't* get molested by Michael Jackson?

I am so tired of the fact that our justice system fails time and time again to protect children!!!!!!!!!!!

I did not sit on that jury and hear EVER fact and detail, sure, and they may have been just to render a verdict of 'not guilty' based on the evidence they were given to consider.

The point is how do you prove a case of child molestation beyond a reasonable doubt? Rarely is there any forensic evidence involved. These cases are not the same as those of rape by a stranger - where perhpas the victim goes straight to the hospital and/or the police. Sometimes it even takes years and years before a child will tell anyone. Where is the evidence then? Children also don't make very credible witnesses - their stories often change, not due to lack of honesty, but due to the fact that they are CHILDREN and they have been manipulated and memories in their minds come in bits and pieces. Try to remember something wholly from when you were a child. Do you have the FULL picture or bits and pieces? Isn't it possible that some of the details blend, or incidents merge - making the facts somewhat warbled?

It is almost impossible to convict a child molester unless they confess.

So these sick f&*$%'s go on and on...molesting children, finding new victims, who MAY then grow up acting out what they have learned, possibly becoming molesters themselves. The cycle never ENDS!!!!

Meanwhile, what about these children whose very souls are being robbed by these sick excuses for men?

The problem isn't the jury. The problem is our laws and our justice system - who protect animals better than they protect children.

It is sick how just because you are "famous" you get off! The only one who didn't get off was Martha Stewart and her crime wasn't even that bad in comparison to murder and molestation <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />

With all due respect, it happens more often to victims of non-celebrities. The cases where celebrities are involved are usually the only ones you hear about.

God help the children whose parents are so pathetic that they allow their child to sleep with him.

The sad thing is he'll probably go to the middle east where this type of thing is so common place that it makes one weep...if he hasn't already.

How will these jurors feel if the next child is murdered in the process? I thought it was taking so long because there was one hold out that didn't have the sense God gave a goose, when the truth was the whole jury doesn't have the sense God gave a goose.

I hated it when the lawyers who were right before the verdict saying how he was guilty then when the verdict came down, were coming up with justifications and reasonable doubt. Just reinforces that lawyer reputation...

Are you suprised? There is not a more vile, worthless bunch of heathens then attorneys........that profession is littered with cretins. Watching all of these moron attorney's spinning all of this B$ cracks me up.
