My Gma lived in *** while I was growing up and I spent time in summers there and *** and **(still protecting).

Ok, go to bed, AD. But, I don't know about grass really. Had to study it a bit this year. Ended up getting a pasture mix. Check the dates on thebags, shouldn't be more than 6 months old..Saw your pics of your place. IS there room for 6 horses --or more *blush* H hates that I would get moreif I could!

Culman (the "city") is a little bit South of Decatur - maybe 15-20 miles.

OK, that's simple "pasture mix". I should have thought of just going to the seed-and-feed and asking (or reading the bags). Whatever is growing here is probably not fit to eat - for horses.

yeah, she actually knew Harper Lee, a little. Has some great stories about growing up in Bama. My fave is about my Aunt Vi. The sheriff told her not to worry, when her H ended up shot after Vi caught him fooling around!! LOL. I LOVE that one. ANd reminded my H of it too!
