My wife of 23 years has said she no longer loves me and wonders if she ever did. She took a job in another city 18 months ago and only comes home on weekends. She says if she wanted a divorce she would have done it already. Im so confused she has not left but says she no longer loves me. She was interested in someone else but nothing happened but I still feel she was mentally unfaithful. I know this is not much information but if we are willing to work at it can it be done with the weeklong separation? Have 2 kids aged 15, 17. The person with the "mental affair" is her boss.

Hi dawal.
Sorry you are here, because it means you are in pain. Glad you are here, too, because Marriage Builders can really help you.
You should post your question in the 'Infidelity - General Questions II' forum. There's much more traffic there. Also give us little more information - do you have kids, who was the other man (OM) with whom your wife was 'mentally unfaithful'?
Please stay with us - this is an incredibly supportive and caring place.

Read the Basic Concepts link up at the top, then the Q&A section. There are some good pieces of stuff in there on recovering from infidelity. What your W has is most likely an EA (Emotional Affair), and minimizing the issue will not solve anything.
I'd encourage you to get and read the material, there's lots of good stuff there. And then ask away...
