Hey, I have never posted to you before, but I also see that you are new to the boards. I have been here awhile, but rarely post now. Your post caught my attention so I decided to respond.
First, CONGRATS on the new JOB!!!!!
Second, I think that everything should work out for you. Read all that you can on this site and try to put it into practice on a daily basis in your marriage. your H sounds like he is in your corner and wants to make sure that his marriage and core family stay intact. That is a big plus in these situations.
Keep your love bank deposits building daily and pray as often as possible. I wish you the best and hope the results are what you need them to be if not you guys sound like your going to do whatever you need to do to stay together. (sorry for the run on!)
Waiting 2 Exhale
Remember: It is better to have loved and loss, than not to have loved at all
I'm constantly WAITING TO EXHALE!!!

[color:"blue"] The courts generally WON'T care how many OTHER children the obligor (your H) has to support.(UNLESS it is COURT ORDERED child support for other children) They will ONLY care about the ONE the current case is for. IT is unfair. But it is not their job to 'care' & boy do they do their JOB!
BUT if it turns out to be his & the case goes through, H can argue that he has OTHER children to support & you can usually request a 'hardship' credit for the other children he has. Depends on your state but in ours, it is an optional credit that is detemined soley by the judge & they do not have to give ANY credit @ all.
Do you have an attorney? Or will you get one if the DNA proves to be his?
Congratulations on the job! ~ kt[/color]
