My H's drug addiction and alcoholism have completely taken over his life. That's the answer to every question about his behavior.

If you enjoy golf, it would be a great skill to develop. People seem to get just avid about it. Finding a group of non-retired women who play might be hard, but I'm sure they're out there. Lots of men, too, but that's another issue!

Although I missed last week's class, I heard the swing dancing lessons are continuing. It's an effort going without a partner and it really isn't something I can do alone. I'll see how I feel on Sunday afternoon. In the past, my hobbies have tended to be things I could do alone - drawing, reading, horseback riding.

It will be nice having your daughters home. How long will they be there?

Hey LT~~

I guess that is the only answer for your x, and how sad that is.
I can't imagine my life being out of control like his must be.

Your right about the golf. I think for the most part, it is mostly retired women. I need to practice more before I attempt a real game. Golf is a serious game. I think most people would get irritated with me at this point, until I improve.

I give you credit for trying the dancing, but I do understand your point. It would be hard for me to go too.
I hope you will get to go again, you seemed to enjoy it.

My daughters are young 14 & 11, and live with me. One was on vacation with her dad, the other a friend.
But, it is nice to have them home again!

Take care.
K.
