If the BS moves out, what effect does that have on legal issues?
I know the BS is told not to leave, but sometimes you don't have much choice.
Under what circumstances should the BS leave?
Me, BW WH cheated in corporate workplace for many years. He moved out and filed in summer 2008.

If you move out and there is potential for custody battle for kids make sure you take the kids with you. Being seen as "abandoning" the kids can do very unfavorable things in a custody battle even if that's not exactly how it was.

When it comes time for D, if there are issues that require a legal resolution, the vast majority of judges will simply maintain the staus quo.
