My wife and I are in Plan A right now and we are meeting together for the first time in three weeks tomorrow - it is our 20 monthiversary (yes its lame, i know but we keep track). Normally we did things on our monthiversaries, but considering the circumstances I dont know if its appropriate to surprise her by taking her out someplace to have fun - especially when we are getting together to discuss (more for her) a possible divorce. She is acting friendly over the phone and email but is still very detached - should I bag the plans? We had planned on going to a waterpark near here when we came home from college and were still together; but separated - I know she has wanted to go for a long time - and it might be an opportunity to relieve stress (we have both been apart and working full time). Good or bad idea to sit down and talk for a serious time and then tell her "Hey, i know how stressful things have been lately; but today is also our day off, and a special day - so I figured I'd 'kidnap' you for the day and we could go enjoy ourselves"

I'm kinda stuck - I dunno - I'm thinking bad idea - but?

You're not in plan A. You've been so emotional - lovebusting, begging, all sorts.

Thats not been plan A.

You haven't REALLY had a d-day yet, that is actually discovering proof of your W's affair.

It sound slieka great opportunity to spend teh day with her doing something fun - you get a chance to 'plan A' well then ! But don't do it if you are not certain you can control your emotions.

All blessings.
