What happened to all of the insightful replies on my topic? It was going awesome and then I just started talking to myself...

Sorry, I'm only wondering because theres a lot going on, and I'm trying to interpret what's going on with my W's behavior right now, but I don't have experience in this kind of thing so I was hoping someone who had been through this could drop me a few suggestions or interpretations...

I hope everyone is having a good weekend thus far.

I sincerely apologize if I almost seem pushy,

I've been so stressed over this past four weeks; I can't even sleep anymore - I can feel my heart pounding inside my body when I go to bed and it keeps me awake.

Sleeping alone after being next to a warm body for 2 years doesn't make bed-time any easier either.

Fox, AW is right. Weekends are typically full of people doing family stuff on here. We really miss my great friend RIF who was a Lt Col. in Afghanistan who was available to all with wise counsel seemingly 24-7.

He got home coupla months ago and is back in the heart of his family.

Are you studying Fox ? SAA, torn asunder ?

They answer most of your questions - well they did mine.

All blessings

I remember this! It's awful - you have my sympathy. The adrenalin doesn't let up when you are trying to sleep, and your heart races 24/7.

I cut out coffee for a few days. Seemed to help a little.

Take care,

Alph.

Fox, you might want to check out Love Must be Tough by Dr. James Dobson.

One of his points is that being too needy can repel the other person. That backing off a bit can help in certain situations.

Fox,

We have made many suggestions for your sitch. Need to know if you are implementing any of them. This recovery stuff requires study, lots of reading, meditating and implementing. Posting here is only part of the support. Where are you? Maybe there are some MBers in your area.

L.
