I have been doing tons of reading on here. My h wont stop communication with ow. today he spent most of the day w/ her. i need help dealing. plan a seems to be failing

Sorry, I know the pain is horrible. What were your h and the ow doing, spending the day together? Does he have some phony reason (like they work together, or like she can't read a map so he has to drive her to the hospital?)
How long have you been in plan A? Have you exposed the affair?
