After some good natured chiding I am here to say I am doing wonderfully and life is terrific.
My favorite quote: "Always leave room to gybe in case a tack fails." Translation: Always have a backup plan that you KNOW will work.
My absence from the forum was actually caused by an opportunistic convergence of a long held, latent feeling that I needed to move on even further with my life coupled with becoming extremely busy in both my professional and private lives.
I was not so vain to think I needed to make an announcement nor excuse myself in some self serving manner.
veni, vidi, visa. I came, I saw, I went shopping. Oh - a woman would say that. Sorry.
Anyway, I am moving on and need to have a day when I don't think about infidelity. That won't happen while engaged on this forum.
Everyone here in sincerity is an admirable person. Never forget that. I want to be even more admirable to the (balding) guy in the mirror - taking another step toward total recovery and placing THAT as the most significant emotional event in my life (as opposed to that other thing).
