How do I write a Plan B when I don't even know if an A is going on - what are the terms for talking again? It seems as if she wants a D anyhow; is Plan B even an option here?

How can she file them when I haven't even signed them?

You don't have to sign. In that case it is a contested D. Only for an uncontested D do both parties have to sign.

If it is a contested D, the judge decides on division of property etc. If you can agree on it, that is better and the judge will just make it official.

Don't worry about alimony. I'm pretty sure you won't have to pay any.

Alright - will do.

How do I go about writing a Plan B letter? What is the format? What do I add in and what do I not add in? I know there has to be a sort of format for this <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Click on this link: Plan B Letters .
