Exposed WW to her family. Wasn't going to, but talked to her dad who she said she was staying with. When he said that she hadn't told him that she was going to stay there, couldn't lie when he asked what was the problem. WW real mad at me now. Said she was going to tell them and it would be better if it came from her. So worried that this will just push her away even more. Someone please tell me I haven't screwed everything up.

You haven't screwed everything up. Exposure is necessary to end the affair, which is obviously stilling going on. I hope you told her dad that you want to save your marriage, and would appreciate his help.

You did the right thing. Be warned however that you are going to hear some bitching and moaning for a few days until she gets used to the idea that you caused considerable damage to her relationship with OM. Might take a week or so. She is going to push you emotionally into every conceivable pretzel shape possible, if you let her. Just remember, you did the right thing.

NAhhhh....you have done good, my young Jedi master. You have done the absolute best thing you could have ever done for your marriage. YOur marriage will NOT end becasue you exposed to her parents......IT WON'T. Buckle up, and just get ready to weather a rrash of fury from your WW. in time, she will hopefully understnad why you did this.

Some people just don't get it, they don't get it that they don't get it.

I had the right to remain silent.......but I didn't have the ability.
