why should I believe a lying cheating WH would hold to his word just because he sent a letter saying he would have no contact? Especially when he gave me his word that it had stopped in the first place?
I don't get it. and I want to understand since I'm feeling awfully betrayed. I want him to send a NC letter but I'm not sure the point.

You and I both. I was plannig on having my ww send one today also. What is the point? I just don't see how someone that has decieved me with the level of disrespect she has shown would even take it seriously.

For some reason that I don't understand, if they are not serious about NC, they usually refuse to send the letter. That is what I have noticed, anyway. It is very unusual to send a NC letter, and then continue to have contact. Much more frequently they won't agree to send one.
