That you devote a minimum of 15 hours quality, one-on-one time to your spouse. It's because the average married couple with children interact only about 15 minutes a day and then it isn't usually of very high wuality.

Ha! Yeah, I guess that 15 hours per day would be reserved for retirees, which may explain why you hear a lot of older woman say things like "if I don't get some time away from that man, I'm going to poison his oatmeal!"
