When my H came home right after his A he was VERY affectionate. I have returned that affection and continue to do so. He had toned down his affection and sometimes seems a little irritated by my "flirting" with him.

I know on one hand I am needy right now and probably require more attention than I normally would.

I would like to talk to him about this and know if I AM being irritating and why his affection has decreased.

Is it a good idea to bring this up 8 weeks after his A? Or should I give it more time?

I forgot to add that with the OW he seemed to be very affectionate (gathered that from their back and forth emails) He even sent her love poems, told her how great she made him feel, how relaxed he was with her.

I want him to tell me these things! (I could really care about poetry, I would rather have words from the heart)
