As most of you know I have been in a fog, but many of you have told me that my WS is in one too. Last night she told me that it’s hard for her to cope sometimes because everything is her fault. This morning she seemed a little testy, so I’m not sure if she is on the road to recovery or this is a false recovery.

How long was the A and how long has the NC been in effect?
It's been almost four weeks for my WW (supposedly) and she sounds about the same way as your WW. Even the guilt she feels about the A is sometimes blamed on me, because I 'was the cause of her problems'. Then at other times she is very humble and apologetic.
Every once in a while she has an anxiety attack. Her chest hurts and the pain even reaches her upper back. Usually subsides within a few minutes.
