I first met the man who is now my husband while doing the whole party thing. I was still in High School. We had sex and I ended up pregnant. We are now married and have a five month old daughter. I am a 18 year old wife and mother. I love my husband and my daughter to death but have been recently having an increasing problem with my husbands sexual past. He has been with a large deal more people than I ever have, a large majority people I know, and a couple some of my friends. When we were first dating he talked about other girls, and has later told me stories of flirting with other girls or still "keeping options open" type attitude [even while he knew I was pregnant] and this has increasinly become a daily burden for me. My husband and I love each other deeply and no longer have other people sort of problems.... Except, for the past. He never cheated but before "us" he had built quite a reputation for himself. The stories heard from other people [and confirmed true when I asked my husband] are constantly popping into my mind and really breaking me down. There will be times he says things to me... and I know for sure he's said those things to so many other people. Sometimes I feel I have nothing of my own to offer him. I have become frustrated, angry and depressed and it seems to be getting worse every day. I've confronted my husband with many questions and everytime he becomes more and more frustrated. [Sometimes I think it would be easier to know it all than to wonder what I don't know.. after hearing things I only become more depressed.. yet I don't stop]. He's asked me why I just can't get over things. And I'm wondering myself. I don't want to let this ruin anything between us.. and I know there is something going on with me.. any advice would be so helpful.

Last night after we had a crazy conversation over all of this. I found out that the girl my husband was with before me, turns out to be one of my good friends [who I was going to go have lunch with today]. I was heartbroken. And to make things worse... he had sex with her only about a week before He and I first had sex. I am so confused and hurt. I would never give him up and I will do anything to make things work.. at the moment though, I am completely lost.

It might be a good idea to move your post to the Emotional Needs threads. There isn't much traffic here but there is alot more there and you will get a better response.
