Just wondering can some people really never be in the fog.
My FWH says it was like he was in a fog.He did'nt real pay attn to what was going on around him during his two month A. As soon as i found out it was over.It did'nt even take a minute for him to have to think about it.It was like he woke up.This A was P 5 times and they did talk on the phone and seen each other at work. Why are some in the fog and some aren't.Could some people not realize what there doing wrong until it gets pointed out?

I can only give my perspective based on my own experiences.

Maybe it depends on the type of A. My H had a PA with a co-worker about 10 years ago that I knew nothing about until 3 years ago. It was about 5 times (confirmed w/ ow) and the sex happened after nights of drinking. He also saw her at work but I don't remember anything "foggy" about him. My biggest concern at the time was his drinking. These were like one-night-stands with the same person. She reminds me a little of Larry, the Cable Guy so I'm not sure the whole idea of this one. Probably just sex.

Three years ago, he had an EA with a woman. He moved out and become all foggy!! Said he didn't love me anymore and felt "something" for this Hoochie Mama. He said all the classic things WHs say when they are in the middle of an A.

My H was definately more emotional attached to Hoochie Mama
than the Cable Guy.

So, I do agree that some WHs can forego the fog and withdrawal depending on the A.
