I posted the other day about my husband being caught in his 2nd affair..and who knows if there has been others. I barely make $8 an hour and don't know how I am going to support myself and our 15 year old daughter. My husband left the house last Tuesday, the 2nd, and has not returned and is staying at Mommy's, feeling sorry for himself. I am in shock, scared, alone..and don't know how I am going to make it. I am flat broke..can you let the bank take back the house in foreclosure..help!!

yes you can...it's a hard emotional process but you can do it. Call the bank and discuss it with them.

I'm sorry..I guess I am panicking..I am sick worrying about money, let alone knowing my husband has been sleeping around again..I can't take anymore and I want to provide for my daughter..oh yes, I am going to get support from him..in Ohio, can I get spousal support since he left the home and marriage? He was cheating, after all. He says he was made to leave..he left without a word the following day after I found out about him affair..I never forced him to do anything. I think the day I walk into an attorney's office, I'm going to faint. I am so scared and so alone right now..I see him everywhere..but I am GLAD he's gone. Too much is too much...any advice? Thanks for listening.

You won't faint when you walk into an attorney's office. You'll be fine. However, it's important to do it soon. You need legal advice. Any lawyers posting here in the state of OH won't/can't give you advice for ethical and liability reasons. Anyone else's advice is pretty much worthless.
My guess if you've been married a long time and you've only have hourly jobs, you might be able to get some sort of spousal support, but I know absolutely nothing.
One thing that has worked for me, is when I hear myself saying "I can't handle this, I can't deal. I'm going to have a breakdown." When I hear that, I give myself a shake and say "OH, yes you CAN handle it, girlie. You've GOT to and you WILL. You've handled everything else that's come your way. Are you a grown up or aren't you?" and more along that line. I focus on putting one foot in front of the other, focusing on what needs to be done now, and not looking too far into the future. That really helps m.
