Well, I think I've gone to Plan B. H has refused to cut ties w/ OW although he says they are no longer seeing each other. I told him this morning I think it is better if we do not see or talk to each other. I asked him to leave and go stay at his apt. He left, but did not take any clothes. He actually left his regular car here. I know that he will have to come get clothes for work tomorrow. He tried to talk to me about stupid things while he was here, but I did not talk to him. I'm worried that I won't be able to stick w/ it. I feel at times that I am letting him treat me like crap and I'm tired of it. I can not file for D. for 3 more weeks. We discussed it today and he says that he wasn't sure he wanted a divorce, but he also told me he plans on being "friends" w/ OW and me no matter who he ends up with. <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />

I am sorry wife. I was really hoping that after your baby came that he would realize how much you and the baby meant to him and would want to work it out.

H and I are speaking again. I had asked him to leave, but he did not stay gone for long. I still plan on filing for D. in 2 weeks. H refuses to talk about anything to do w/ the divorce.
