The number you gave me was a good start. They had another number I had to call though for VT. They could give me no time line, he said he would be back with me in 2-3 weeks to let me know what direction they would take and what information they need. The man I spoke with does Army and Air Force but has not yet been trained in Air Force so he may hand it over to an Air Force person but either way will let me know. He said he works on these cases as he can and that it would be between just him and I until they have all of the information. He will call in a few weeks. I will keep you posted. mlhb

Great. So you were forwarded to the VT National Guard IG, just as I said. Good.

He was right. Their caseload is usually tremendous, so he will get to it! And he is probably right to have an Air Force IG do the inquiry, as Army IGs dont know all of the regulations and protocols of the Air Force. And vice versa.

So, good start. This may take a couple of weeks to really get going. I would be surprised if your husband gets called in before the first week of September. But once that IG gets going, this thing will roll.

Keep us uptodate.

I will keep you posted and I must admit I feel soooooooo much better now that I have done this. He was nice, the man I spoke with, and said he would be with me every step of the way explaining the process and letting me know would happen next. He said he has training for 1 week next week which may help him understand air force ways. If not he will consult with air force on it. In the mean time I am gathering all of my evidence as is ow's stbxh. I have put a hold on my sep agreement until this all comes to pass. I just pray they do indeed investigate this. Do you think it hurts me that h moved out last month? I mean he pretty much just abandoned us and went into full force with ow. He is paying support of his own accord. He still has things here, didn't completely move out and still has his address as here, etc. I am really going to pray this turns out the way it should. His behaviour is just disgusting and he has been a disgrace to my family and his and ow's and ow's h's family. so many destroyed. And our kids....

I think it will be probably well into september before anything starts rolling, 2-3 weeks from now will put us into september. But I can wait. Hope he is enjoying his little piece because soon it will be gone! mlhb

They will investigate!!

And I am glad that you feel better. You see, once a BS gets into a good Plan A and Plan B, they feel empowered. No longer does the WS call the shots.

So, this is the beginning of your new life. With or without your husband. Odds are, he'll be back. But even if he isnt in the end, you are getting your life back.

I doubt he'll be back... he is gonna be so mad he will probably want to literally kill me! but someone needs to stop this madness. I hope this is in God's plan for me to do this. I don't like to take over for Him you know? I prayed before I called and I pray now that this all works out. mlhb
