How do I get my h's cell phone records when I am not on his account? I have his bills from a long time ago before he went to paperless billing. I tried logging onto his account but got locked out. He doesn't use that anymore anyway as his bill is automatically deducted from his checking account every month. Anyhoo, I can request info via email by going to verizonwireless.com but..... I would be putting in my email addy which would probably put up a red flag and they would call him or something to be sure HE was the one requesting the information. Now, I can write to them and say I am him and that I need paper copies of my bills from last september through current. I have all of his account information. But... will they call him on his cell phone to verify it is actually him requesting this information? I DON'T WANT TO GET CAUGHT TRYING TO GET INFORMATION OR GET INTO ANY TROUBLE TRYING TO GET IT EITHER. Any help is appreciated. mlhb

i did this-we have phones on his account. i entered the phone # but did not know the password-i DID NOT ask them to text message it to me because i thought my husband might get the message on his phone instead of mine. then i called the number they said to call "if i did not get the password within 5 monutes" i "said" that i had requested it to be texted to me and had not gotten it in more thatn 5 minutes. they asked for the account holders name and ss# so i gave his info and they gave me the password.

We have Verizon wireless too. Back in Jan when I was uncovering everything I logged into the acct w/ my wife's SSN. I also called them to try and find out where a certain call had gone but they wouldn't tell me. Somehow she saw I was looking into the online acct and they told her what I'd asked so their security is pretty good.

MB talks about openness and honesty, so I'd ask to see everything and if your H doesn't want to share, then that's a red flag.

I got all my H's phone records from Verizon last week. No problem. Told them I was his wife, doing the bills, the bill seemed high to H, so I'm supposed to get the itemized bill. (Told them our (non-existent) teenagers were stealing the phone and we wanted to bust them.) They were very helpful. Told them H's phone was down because the battery exploded. Could they send PW to my phone? No problem, and boom, I'm in.
Didn't like what I found in the bill, though. Still haven't had the discussion with H for confirmation of the A. More next week, hopefully!

Problem with snooping is you have to be prepared for what you might find!
