Yeah, we are in recovery. No clue if it will all work out. Some days it looks like we will, some days are less sure. There is always the thought that she could fall off the wagon. but each day puts all of that further in the rear view mirror.
If you want to know my story, I started on here in June 2002...so just do a search on here and you can check it out.
And about being smart...well, I contribute any "smartness" to "been-there-done-that." But, the biggest reason is that I really am getting to the point that I am relying on Jesus for everything. So, I'll just point the praise to Him.

well it is nice to know you mortarman. Please pray as I do that things will work out the way they are supposed to in my situation. I am very concerned once H is called on the carpet, this exposure to military, is going to make him violently mad. He was FURIOUS with me for exposing to his parents, etc. He called me and I had to hang up on him. If it had been in person I would have been very afraid. The exposure to his family will be nothing compared to this, so please keep us in your prayers. My name is Michelle and his is Jon. I just want to be safe. thanks, mlhb
