I have just found a new number on WH cell on his list of contacts.(name unknown, so he hasn't put a name to it) Actually that same number came up on his recent calls just a few weeks after confrontation/D Day.(3/30/05) When I call this number (I block it so I don't come up on caller ID) there's a recording- ("this number is being checked for trouble") This recording has been coming up for several days now. (4) When I called this number after D Day several months ago, there was a recording ("this number has not yet been connected") I would like to do a reverse phone look up but they eventually all charge a fee and if it must be put on credit card, he would see it. (goes over the credit card bills with a fine tooth comb) Any suggestions?

Blessings,

If it is a listed number then you can do a reverse search on www.anywho.com It won't work on cell phones though but I do believe there is a link off that site to one that you pay for searches. Anywho.com is free btw.

If you love something, set it free. If it comes back its yours. If it doesn't, it never was. You can't make sense of insanity...definition of insanity, doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Lisa

For reverse phone lookup:

http://www.whitepages.com/phone-lookup
has consistently given me the best results. Which means only about 40% of the time.

http://www.reversephonedirectory.com/
http://www.anywho.com/rl.html
http://www.phonenumber.com/10004/reverse_phone.xhtml
are some others to try, but the whitepages.com has always been where I have gotten the most information. If you pay, you get a lot more.

You can buy prepaid credit cards at the mall - you could pay with cash if you can get cash. No tracking that.

An easy way to save your searches - while the screen is showing what you want - push the "print screen" button. That copies a picture of the page. Then open Wordpad - "Start - programs - accessories - wordpad" - when it opens paste the image into the document - "ctrl - v". Save it somewhere obscure. (but someplace you will not forget) Name it something like "lotion articles" or "feminine hygiene article" or something like that. <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Good luck.
