Wow, I would go to Egypt and Israel. Although that doesn't exactly answer the question, since it is not fear that keeps me from going. But boy, wouldn't I love to...

If I wasn't afraid..... wow good question.....
I think I would climb the hihest mountain I could find and shout from the top ..." I am a wonderful person, so world take that and chew on it awhile".
Maybe not the best thing to do since I am afraid of heights but it would make me feel better.

When you see your face in the mirror each morning, when you get your first glimpse of yourself, ask,
"What would you do next if you weren't afraid?"
And then try like he!! to do it.

Ark, I reread a book called " who moved my cheese" a few weeks ago. Its a very simple tale, and pretty much the only thing I genuinely learned from it is that fear almost always makes us take actions which are not best indicated to resolve the fearful situation. This was so true in my own sitch and I was BLESSED by losing my fear paralysis not long after I missed the trunk of that tree a year ago.
Its a good question I think. Useful in many situations.
