I need some advice.

If you knew my BIL you would understand why seeing this says 'OH MY, BIL would LOVE this'
He is 15 and seriously into dirt bikes. He owns one himself and thinks this type of thing is very cool. He used to spend a lot of time with WH and I. He came to VA to visit when we lived there, etc. He always comments on how he wishes OW would go to jail, in Texas...so things could be liked they used to be. Anyhow.....I have been spending time with him on the 4-wheeler and such since WH hasn't been around much.

Anyhow, I would love to call him and ask if he would enjoy going, that I would take him. BUT, I have not spoken to MIL or BIL or WH or anyone since he got arrested Thursday night. I am quite sure that MIL bailed him out, so I have this 'evil person' label in thier mind. Not BIL I am sure, but MIL. BIL knows MIL is a CA BIG TIME, and also quite paranoid. Anyhow....I would love to take him, I am pretty sure he would like to go. However, it might not go over well with MIL...

Should I even ask?
