well its late here an oncea agin im sitting here lookin for answers that wont come. 3 months ago i found out that my h of 11 years was having an affair with his coworker. initial reaaction was anger an i moved out . this weekend we made decision to try to put marriage back together.but how do i trust agin?? what do i do to help us get thru this? this is not even about loving him , i loved him when the affair was going on so how will that keep this from reaccuring. has anyone got any advice. never thought i would be here at an online support group for something like this. thanks for listening.

Welcome to MB. Recovery is a long hard road and it doesn't sound like it started yet.

1st off u need a plan. B4 that you need t/b educated.

Start here:

1. Read the concepts section above.
2. Take the EN questionnaire located in the concepts section. If both of you can take it fine. If not, you do it twice. Once as yourself and once as him.

3. Read Surviving an Affair and His Needs/Her Needs. Both r by Dr. W. Harley.

4. Call Steve Harley @ MB for some phone counseling. He will have you develope a good plan A.
