do you think this katrina disaster is going to stall my h's lt. col. from talking with him this week??? I know h told me they called him yesterday to ask if he would volunteer to go down to lousianna to help out. he refused saying he could not afford to go down there and take unpaid leave from work and only get paid what the military pays him. ( i think he just doesn't want to leave his "piece of a " right now. He could get paid time off from work, he works for the state for crying out loud. I am very surprised he is not jumping at the chance to go and do his service and help out) so i know they are busy hooking volunteers up to go to that. just wondering if this may put my issue to the back burner so to speak. and why do you think the IG turned it over to h's LT. Col. to deal with? why didn't they take care of it themselves? mlhb
